DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

FCX is more than happy to accept returns on behalf of your company.  While we are happy to process returns, the customer-facing portion of the return process will still need to be facilitated by your company, but we'll handle the logistics!

Please note that FCX will charge a small fee for each return processed in our facility.  This fee varies based on volume.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Big and small, we do it all!  There is no minimum order amount for our team to fulfill an order! 

Our pricing structure is such that even these smaller orders will still be economical to ship with FCX!

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Checklist to see if FCX ships to a country:

If you answered yes to both of these questions, FCX ships there.
